Harold Wrightsman, 82, died at 9:56 p.m. on Dec. 27, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born on April 2, 1931 to Raymond and Nellie (Flora) Wrightsman.
Harold married Esther M. Lewis on March 29, 1952; she survives. He was an avid fisherman. Harold worked for 21 years at Tri-State Harvester, Silver Lake and retired in 1995, following 10 years of employment at Fasson-Avery Dennison Co., Fort Wayne.
He is survived by his wife; one son, Michael Wrightsman, Silver Lake; two daughters, Joyce (Tom) Higgs, Harlan, and Debra Wrightsman, Fort Wayne; two brothers, Paul Wrightsman, North Manchester and Ronnie (Louella) Wrightsman, Warsaw; two sisters, Mrs. Herman (Eileen) Beachler, North Manchester and Carol Grindle, Laketon; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Wrightsman; one daughter, Judy Ulrey; and one sister, Patricia Cook.
Funeral services will be held Dec. 31 at 11 a.m. at McKee Mortuary, with Arthur Cook officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, Dec. 30 from 3-7 p.m. at McKee Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery, North Manchester.
