Jared Ryan "Ribby" Johnson, 13, Wabash, died July 25, at his home. 

He was born Feb. 8, 1997, in Wabash, to Jared E. and Martha (Burke) Johnson.

Ribby was a 6th grade student at Wabash Middle School and a member of the Harvest Fellowship Church in Wabash.

He is survived by his parents, Jared and Martha Johnson, Wabash; his grandparents, Everett (Cora) Johnson, Marion; four uncles, Tobin (Desiree) Johnson, Carrollton, Ky.; Benjamin Johnson, Morehead, Ky.; John (Cindy) Burke, Wabash; and James (Janet) Burke, Warsaw; an aunt, Nancy Burke, Fort Wayne; and several cousins.

Funeral services will be held July 28, 2 p.m., at Wabash Junior High School Auditorium, 150 W. Colerain St., Wabash, with Pastor Bruce Hostetler officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service. Burial will be at a later date at Friends Cemetery, Wabash.
