Angela Teusch, 47, Indianapolis, died July 15.

She was born Sept. 30, 1962, in Wabash, to Harmon and June (Speicher) Teusch.

Ms. Teusch was a graduate of Wabash High School and Ivy Tech Community College. She was employed by Angie’s List for several years. She was loved by her family and many friends for her gentle and kind spirit, wonderful sense of humor and loyal friendship. She had a deep concern for the welfare of animals and rescued, loved and nurtured many abandoned and unwanted animals.

She is survived by a sister, Phyllis Teusch, Indianapolis; a cousin, Patricia Waggoner, Wabash; dear friends, Janice Holley, Ella Morris and John Henry Bullock, all of Indianapolis; and her cherished dog, Lilly. She was preceded in death by her parents.

 A private memorial service will be held at a later date for family and friends. Preferred memorials are to The Humane Society of Indianapolis or People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)
