Joella K. Blackburn Allard, 58, Wabash, died at 5:42 a.m., Wednesday, May 8, at her home.  She was born Feb. 18, 1955 in Marion, to Rufus and Betty (Blessing) Blackburn.

Jon Allan Campbell, 44, Wabash, died at approximately 7:30 a.m., Sunday, May 5, at his residence.  He was born Dec. 11, 1968 in Wabash to Larry E. Noland and Patricia (Starbuck) Tucker.

William K. Delaplane, Jr, 98, who spent his childhood in Carroll and Wabash counties and had life-long connections to this area, died quietly on March 22.

Robert L. "Rob" Bishop, Jr., 47, Wabash, died at 10:45 p.m. May 2, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.  He was born Dec. 18, 1965 in Wabash, to Robert L. Sr. and Barbara J. (Kessler) Bishop.

Ingeborg Margareta Elizabeth Russell, 82, Peru, passed away at 3:05 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center in Kokomo.
